Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Amicorum Quotes, provided by Amicorum LLC.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the quotes you send and for activity under your account.

Messages to your customers

You may only send quotes and follow-ups to people who asked you for a quote. You may only enable text messages for customers who agreed to receive them. You're responsible for complying with laws that apply to your messages, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Accepted quotes

Amicorum Quotes records the name, time and device details when a customer accepts a quote. The agreement for the work is between you and your customer, not Amicorum Quotes.

Liability

Amicorum Quotes is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
